I have trained with Kelly for several years now and she still challenges me during every workout.  I work harder in the 30 minutes with Kelly than in other 60-minute group exercise sessions.  There are days that it is hard to find the time or motivation to exercise but after working out with Kelly I have a great sense of accomplishment, feel energized, and stronger.  I am in better shape at almost 45 than I was in my 20’s and 30’s thanks to Kelly!

After having my son ten years ago, I was constantly doing every fad diet, buying every magic diet pill, and always ending up frustrated by gaining weight rather then losing it!  I always stayed away from the gym or personal trainers because I didn't want the embarrassment of being around fit people. And let's be honest... I had no idea where to begin??? My first session with Kelly was great! She evaluated my strengths and weaknesses and designed a fitness plan that was right for me. She is encouraging, instructional, and was very understanding with gym insecurities in the beginning of my training. She has built up my confidence by introducing me to the world of interval training, and after a year of training 1-2 times per week, I couldn't imagine my life without it! It's a great feeling to wake up in the morning and not worry about eating grapefruit all day, or having no bread for months due to some silly diet restriction.  I now wake up in the morning and crave exercise!  She has changed my lifestyle and mindset about healthy eating, weight loss, and how important working out is for your body and emotional mind set. I have lost over 45 lbs, and down 4 dress sizes, but most importantly I am a more happier and healthier person!  If you have the "want", and the "drive" to get "fit"!   Kelly will be your biggest motivator and give you the tools to be successful in reaching your goal!

One of the best birthday presents I ever gave myself was a gym membership almost 5 years ago.  Upon joining, I was immediately handed over to Kelly, and except for when one of us has been out of town,  I have worked out with her on a weekly basis ever since.  Kelly challenges me while still keeping in mind any limitations I may have.  One of Kelly's many strengths is her ability to constantly vary the work-out, making sure that we focus evenly on all muscle groups.   While we do use some of the machines occasionally, most of what she has me doing is done with very basic equipment, such as weights, bands, and balls.  She has made an exercise program for me to use at home when we have been unable to meet.  Even if I come to a session feeling tired and not so great, I leave 30 minutes later feeling better and glad that I pushed myself.  I can't say enough good things about Kelly.  I consider her a friend and honestly don't know how I would get along without her.

I always look forward to my workout with Kelly. It's a 30 min workout that really gets your heart rate up and works your entire body. I feel like I get so much more from a workout with her than any other training program I've done in the past and every week it's something new so I never get bored. She's an amazing trainer!!!!
